Chapter 4: Reminiscent of an Old Friend

Azelia's POV:

I walked to it and sat. I was mesmerized and remembered an unpleasent childhood memory of mine.

~Flashback~

I was taking a nap at the shade of the tree when a pair of footstep approach my direction.

Now whose this..

"Hey!" I ignored him.

"I said Hey!!" And he kicked my foot.

"Ouch!!.. What is your problem!?" I irritatingly got up and look at him angrily.

"A-Ah Uhm.. S-Saint" he put his hand for a handshake and anticipates for a respond.

I ignored him and walked away.

"Wha!.. Hey!! Are you ignoring me!?" He shouted and preceded in front of me.

He blocked me.

"I said are you ignoring me?!" He shouted in front of my face.

"Can you please lower your voice" I furrowed my forehead. "Your shouting as if your so far away to me.. What do you even want?" This guy is so annoying.

"I-I'm Saint" he formally put his hand again for a handshake awaiting for a reply.

"Who asked?" I turned back and ignored him.

"Do you know whose your ignoring!?" He shouted.

'Do I look that I care?'

I just waved my hand and left him by himself at the tree. I'm so sleepy, if that kid didn't bother me at all, maybe I slept with a smile and can greet him nicely.

Tch'

I look for another tree to sleep on and found one. It has pink petals' and smells great.

'Finally, peace and quiet'

I lay down with my hands under my head and closed my eyes until I felt tired and gone into slumber.

Few minutes later.

"You're so cute" these words woke me up and I slowly open my eyes to find out the same kid I met at the tree

"Ahhh!" We both screamed in shock.

Pak*

"Ouch!" I slapped him unconsciously.

"What are you doing here!?"

"Hey!, That hurts!!"

"Hurt!? Hurt your face!! Creep!!" As I get up laying down he grabbed my hand.

"W-Wait" as i was pushing him he took my hand tightly and we both landed on top of each other.

dug* dug* dug*

I felt the time go slowly as we both landed on top of each other. I feel a sudden heat in my cheeks as we look at each other and I can see every reaction he had. Not until I felt my body shivers reverting me into the reality.

"Kyaaaa!!!" I screamed holding myself in disgust.

"I-Im sorry I didn't-" I had enough and cover his mouth.

"No!! Don't say anything or Do anything.. Cause' I don't know what will I do if you do." I clenched my jaw.

"I'm sor-"

"Leave!" I loudly ordered him as I pointed my hands away and he left. You can see him walk sadly.

Tch'

"Ewww!" I shivers and hugged my self in disgust.

~End of Flashback~

"Are you done?" I opened my eyes and saw Alex in front of me.

"Oh, Sorry" I get up and took my bag and look at my watch.

'5 o' clock'

what the hell? I didn't notice the time. I sat there for 1 hour? What am I thinking. I saw no student leaving at the gate. Did Kim already left without me?

Tsk'

"Do you need a ride?" Alex.

"Uhm.. no thanks" I smiled and left.

I took my phone and called her but she didn't pick up.

"Aishh, Kim where are you?" I whispered.

"Are you sure?" I look at him and shaked my head.

"Yeah but thanks" I said and then proceed to start his car and left.

I don't have a choice but to walk my way to our apartment alone at 5 o' clock' where kidnappers are active.

Great'

I hate walking alone at unfamiliar places. It gives me anxiety and make me nervous. If I didn't sat back there maybe I'm at my room studying or eating delicious foods made by my sister.

'Azelia it's fine.. Your fine'

This reminds me of that scene.

~Flashback~

"Hey!! Don't think like that!" He said.

If you're wondering we're at the kidnappers house where we at a dark and cold place.

"Huhuhu I think we're stuck here forever" I cried and cried.

"Don't worry I'm here" he said while holding me tightly. I don't know what feeling spour unto me when he hugged me. Its the feeling of being safe or being hugged by my parents. Its that feeling where you know that everything is alright and in that position I saw myself fell asleep right beside his arms.

Zzzzz..

"Boss!! What do we do!?" I woke up at the sound of people screaming.

"Why don't you go there and kill them!!" The boss kicked one of the kidnappers enraged.

"Ahhh!!!" You can hear an audible screech of pain and suffering coming from upstairs.

"Hey, Wake up" the kid in caged with me whispered.

"We're going to be saved" I looked at him smiling confidently.

"Uhnm" I just nodded at him.

A few minutes later and there they were my parents fighting one of the kidnappers saving us from danger. I felt relieved and thankful

"Drop your weapons and we got you surrounded!" My father commanded the kidnappers while pointing his staff at him. "If you all wish to live happily and longer freely put your hands up!!" He added as we're being freed by elves.

~End of Flashback~

While after looking back at the past I realized that I didn't get to know what that kids' name even to this day. There's only 20 minutes of walking left before I reached the apartments and a few minutes later when.

Tch'

Hik* hik*

"Hey miss hik* are you lost? hik*" a drunked old dude in his 40s bumped into me and I ignored him. "Don't worry hik* it's going to be fast--"

Pak*

I run as fast as I can and hid in the dark alleyway. I became wary of my surroundings and waited until I feel safe. Few minutes later I peaked my way out of the alleyway and see the old dude gone.

"Phew*" I touched my chest and felt relieved.

"What are you doing?" A sudden voice startled me and I slowly turn my head and saw.
