Prosopagnosia...

those are the words that Dr.Ramirez says,

it was a disease that happen in 1 out of billion people .. a person that has this kind of disability has a difficulty of recognizing person's faces , to the fact that they can't even explain or see a person's expressions .. it might sound weird but one of the known person has this kind of sickness which is Steve from apple ..

"w-what? I'm sorry ? but why is this happening to rhiana ? what might be the cause ?" francine muttered..

I'm sorry francine but we found out that the surgery had an effect in rhiana's brain where as her ability to recognize a person's face got affected if ever that she might had an injury on her brain and that's the reason why we gave you precautions after the surgery..

"b-but , Mr.Ramirez is it curable?"

unfortunately francine , it's not ...

I hold francine's hands and says that I am okay and she don't need to worry about me , but deep inside I am wondering why does her face seems so clear to me ? so that upon realizing that I asked Dr. Ramirez about it ..

and he answered , maybe your mind had an imprint of francine's face , like what she is wearing everyday or how does she looks like in a daily basis ..

oh? yeah! I remember before the surgery I happen to remind myself about her and how does she looks like for having a fear that I might not be able to recognized her face .. maybe that's the reason why ..

"that's good Rhiana , we will run some test for you so we might know what else can help you recognize faces .."

When we got out of Dr.Ramirez office Francine look at me as if she is asking me if it's really okay so I hold her face and says," I know , you are worried bubba , but as long as I can see your face it's okay .. being there beside me is the most important thing to me .. so please stop worrying and looking at me like that , if I'm a butter I will melt with that kind of look" *then I smiled*

she says , " just promise me that whenever you need me , you will call me okay? and if you can't recognized a person's face you can ask me so that I might tell you who's the person you are trying to recognized okay?"

yes love , I will ...

I was about to go to work when someone knock on our door , but because I can't recognized someone's face it's hard for me to respond in an instant ..

w-who are you ?

"My Gosh rhiana! are you okay? it's me isha your friend!"

oh! I'm sorry isha , I didn't recognized you because I just woke up . *then I tensely smile*

"haha! okay , I thought you had an amnesia after the accident , but yeah let go back to the topic why I am here, I already had the file case against heusaff"

just before I answer isha , francine seems to hear about what we are discussing and and says,

" heusaff? what's with heusaff? what file case are you talking about ?"

o-oh! love , this is what I am searching about , the secret that I am hiding a week ago .. I file a case against heusaff for sending you death threats..

"a case?! but why didn't you tell me about it , you know what heusaff can do to you or to us rhiana!"

but love , if we file a case against him the authority will be on our side ..

"but love , what if you got into accident again? what do you think will happen ? do you think I can accept another thing that might happen to you ? "

love , nothing will happen I promise .. besides I will stay here inside our house

"still you need to tell me every plans or things you wanted to do most specially when it comes to your safety or our safety love . I will allow you to file that case but be sure that whenever you will go out of this house , you will tell me where you are okay? or let's make it this way let's install an app where we can locate each other and also activate a smart watch as a tracking device ?"

hmmm , okay if that will make you feel at ease I will agree with it ..

Francine's POV

after knowing that rhiana have prosopagnosia I began to feel more paranoid and had fear in every thing that she is doing , most specially when I found out that she discovered that death threats I am receiving from heusaff ..

we don't know what are his plans to make my life miserable just like what he mentioned but I know this is something that I should prevent from happening mostly when our relationship might be at risk , we haven't decided to tell everyone that we are in a relationship because it might damage our career and other people is not yet open in this kind of relationship that will only lead to judgements and issues ..

also it might affect rhiana emotionally..

all I can do is to be with her to overcome this thing that was happening to her as of the moment.. she might need to adjust to her environment so I decided to make her memories each person's appearance and mannerism so she will recognized them not just by their faces ..

we still haven't find out the reason why she is just seeing my face and not the others but as per her doctor it's because maybe I am always in her mind and that left her brain an imprint of my image ..

as the days pass by we began to adapt to our new daily routine , but one day I receive an text message from an unknown number that says,

"Do you think your happiness will last long I am just around the corner , once I found out the reason why you rejected me , I will not keep quite , you know how much I can do once I put my mind on it francine... and one more thing , I already receive the notice from the police ..

do you think you can put me to jail peacefully ? I won't let that happen .. I am watching you ..."

for a moment I forgot about heusaff ,

once rhiana found out about this I know that she will not let this slide...

I am worried that she might be in danger ..

what should I do?

after that I response to heusaff text message stating that I am not afraid of Him so that He will not take advantage of me ..

and that triggers Him to be more angry about me and says that He will send a photo of me and rhiana holding each others hand and says that if I will not get back to Him He will release the photo to the media so that our reputation will be at risk ..

then after that I just ignore Him and go to work since I need to finish all the task given when I am abroad ..

rhiana called me and tell me that she will be heading somewhere to discuss things about work so I just told her to be safe and call me if something happens ..

while we are talking through phone I heard some noise , it seems that rhiana bump into someone and I hear her apologize but what makes me more speechless is the voice of the person she bumped with...

it was heusaff ...

but then since rhiana didn't recognized faces , she just told me that it's nothing but deep inside me is fear that heusaff is much more closer to where we are ..
