Chapter 2.

" Be back to life." Karla's compelling voice suddenly spoke to Amira and she immediately rised up coughing... Shocking everyone to the bones even Karla herself.

Amira's started healing right in front of everyone and they all watched as the hole in the place where her heart once was, slowly closed up till it was like she was never even hurt before. She then slowly got up and looked at Karla in shock of what just happened before finally remembering that she died, she died and now she's alive and well. This angered her immediately.

"Youuuuu!" She shouted, charging towards Karla but she was stopped by some of the learners at that scene.

"You monster, what have you done to me! " She shouted at Karla but she just stared dumbly at her still in a state of shock over what had previously happened.

" What's going on over here. " A hoarse voice asked and the crowd of learners paved way for the coming person. It was the school principal and he had just come back from a meeting when he heard about a commission going on the school and decided to see for himself since it looked like the teachers were unable to stop the commission.

He saw Karla and the moment he looked into her eyes he immediately knew what the matter was all about. He saw it. once before, there's no way he could mistaken that look for something else. She is one of them.... A supernatural being.

" Ahh , I see, come with me, even you Andrew, I firmly believe that you have got something to do with this, to my office, now."

Both Karla and Andrew quickly followed closely behind him. They were both quiet with either one of them daring to talk. Andrew looked at Karla silently wondering what type of suffering she must have gone through in the hands of Amira and this pained him a lot. He really found comfort in talking to her and for a moment he really thought that God has sent him Karla as a remedy for his grief over his late sister. He never saw her as anything else aside from that and in just a short spam of time he felt like he had known her for years but guess that was shortlived since she'll be taken to a supernatural institute.

"I'm sorry Karla. " He lowly said just loud enough for her to hear but not loud enough for the principal to hear him.

"It is not your fault. " She replied to him before giving out a smile although he could tell that it is fake.

They finally got to the principal's office and the principal instructed them to sit down before he also sank into his own chair.

"I'm not going to ask much here but what I do know is that someone triggered her powers and the other institutes are going to ask for the person who was responsible for that so I'll need you both to start explaining everything."

Andrew and Karla both took turns to explain everything that had happened from the garden till the bathroom, and what is going on now currently. The principal then sent out Andrew and requested to speak with Karla privately so.

" I am afraid to say that this is now out of my hands Karla and there's nothing i can do to help you, you were one of our best students in this school and I really saw a bright future ahead of you but I'm afraid to say that this is my goodbye to you. " The principal said pitying her.

" W. wa... what do you mean by that sir? I don't want to go anywhere, what do you mean by goodbye? " She asked stuttering.

" Immediately a learner activates his or her powers the supernatural s are immediately informed since it is one of their gifts, there's nothing I can do, they are already on their way and could be arriving any moment from now......

Just as they were speaking, a very loud knock on the door was heard. The principal got up on his feet to see who it was and as soon as he opened the door two men and a woman entered dressed in all black. They woman seemed to be the one in charge of everything and she was also wearing black shades that she slowly took off. She then looked at Karla revealing her red piercing eyes and she then lowly muttered these words.... " She is the one. "

" We meet again. " The woman said looked over at the principal with a gentle smile that could charm even the coldest of hearts..... technically, not Carlos'own

"I take it that you already know why we are here so I'm not going to say much, give us the girl so we can be on our way.

"I will go with you but only if you allow me to bid my friends and family goodbye. " Karla lowly said.

The woman slowly turned back to her and Karla instantly wished that the earth. could just c***k up and swallow her whole. The was this intimidating aura surrounding the woman and her red alluring eyes seemed to add more to it, she seemed very strong too. But if only she knew that the woman was afraid of her cause she emitted an aura even greater than hers.

Karla expected the woman to decline her condition but surprisingly the woman smiled and agreed to do so.

" You were going to be able to bid your parents goodbye since we were going to go there and pack some clothes for you but yeah sure, you may be permitted to go and see your friends though, you only have 10 minutes. " The woman said.

Karla immediately stood up from her chair and hurriedly left the office in search for her friends. She tried her best to avoid making any eye contact with those she came across most especially the news who were giving her nasty looks. She kept looking everywhere but couldn't find them till Anita was the first to spot her.

"Karla !! " Anita screamed out and they all ran to her.

They kept on bombing her with many questions at the same time. Questions like " Are you okay.... We saw what happened... So are you really going to leave us now. " Karla sighed out loudly and told them to calm down, once they were calm enough she then spoke up.

" Guys I'm okay now as you can see, my bruises even surprisingly healed up. " She lowly said and her friends took a great look at her to see that in deed her bruises and wounds were now all healed up and they all gasped.

"You have the power, to compell and grant life, now you can heal too, just what else can you do?" Anita said.

"I really don't know yet, wait you said I have a power to compell, I was alone with Amira when that happened, how did you guys get to know about that?" She asked

"Well aside from that ungrateful brat called Amira, you two went actually the only ones in the bathrooms. There was another girl in the and she made a video of everything, right from the moment Amira started bullying you, she said she was too scared to do anything that's why she didn't help you but she thought that sharing the live video to the school group would quickly grab the attention of our teachers. " They explained.

" But we were all shocked when you suddenly screamed sending Amira crashing on the wall and the girl had no choice but to cut the video and escape since she thought that you were going to collapse the whole building and the rest well, you know, nosey students decided to calm take a look on what was going on themselves. "

" Ohh, I see " Karla muttered sadly.

" But we're glad that you're okay now, even more glad that they didn't give you any punishment if any sort but I guess that was highly because you were able to being Amira back to life" They said and took Kalra in for a group hug. Karla silently sniffed wishing that the moment could last forever but she knew that it was now impossible, she has to bid them goodbye and she is running out of time already.

" Guys I'm really sad to say that I have to go now, an institute has already come to take me and i was only given a small amount of time so i can bid you guys goodbye but I'm afraid to say that I have to go now. "

Karla muttered sadly so.

" You promise that you are going to pay us a visit any time you're allow to do so? " They asked and Karla couldn't help but laugh at their childish question.

" Of course I will visit you guys, always, you're my friends and I'll never forget you, i will always miss you. " She said on the verge of tears.

She was still about to say something else when she heard someone cough behind her, she turned back and saw the 3 people who were with her earlier on, the woman the mouthed " Time is up. " and they all started walking away expecting Karla to follow suit. Karla quickly waved her friends good bye one last time before hurriedly running towards the woman and the two men.

They got to the school's parking lot and the lady took out a car key and went to open a black Lamborghini. " What is it with these people and the colour black, the car is very slick though" Karla thought smiling.

They all got in side and they hit the road in no time. Karla caught a glimpse of Andrew looking at her from the car window and she waved at him. He also waved back at her and released a sad smile.

Karla took out her phone and headphones from her backpack. She then scrolled through her music files loing for the perfect song to listen to. She then found " Fallin 4 " by Nicki Minaj and she then inserted her headphone to the phone before finally placing the headphones on her ears.

She then drifted into wonderland thinking about all this crazy events that have happened in just a very short amount of time. Just this morning she was an ordinary girl who was living her normal school life, then was hit by an annoying headache, then she got sent out of class to go the school clinic and she doesn't listen, then she suddenly befriends Andrew and they started chatting together, then a jealous ex came. after her and tried bullying her but she instead triggered her powers resulting in her death, then she somehow manages to bring her back to life and now she is currently in a car full of strangers who are taking her to a supernatural institute in which she knows nothing about.... This is too much for her to process in just one go.

"Ahhh wallllllll!! " She shouted when she realized that they were driving straight towards a wall. She quickly took off her head phones and looked at those who were with her in the car looking totally unbothered by the fact that they were about to crash into a wall.

" Tf, are you all crazy, I still want to live, I love my life, I don't want to die stoooopppppp!! " She screamed her dear lungs out and just as they where about to hit the wall they found themselves in her home streets just a few blocks away from her house.

"Wait what just happened? " She asked in confusion.

" You know for a person who is 17 you sure scream like a baby. " The woman in the car mocked her and it really took her a while to process everything that was going on.

" You tricked me! How dare you do that! I really thought we were going to die, you know I know you guys have powers and all that but that doesn't mean that you can play around with them like that! " Karla frustratedly said still in a state of shock.

" It's just a teleportation field dummy, it helps us get to places at a quicker pace, and can you please stop saying you guys as if you're different from us, you're one of us now. " The woman said to Karla.

They finally got to Karla's house and immediately she stepped down she saw her mom and dad seated outside, her mom was crying heavily with her dad trying to console her and she needed nobody to tell her what was going on and this all pained her a lot.

" Mom, she rushed over to hug her, dad, please don't stress too much it's not good for you guys and although I am also sadden by this, look on the positive side, I go to learn about all my powers and once I'm able to control them , I'll get back to you guys, now can you please stop crying. " Karla said.

The woman who just so happened to also bare the name " Amira " looked at Karla and couldn't help herself but to feel sorry for her, she pitied Karla because she was also once in the same position as her, having to leave her home to go and study in a school specially made for people like her. What also made her pity Karla is the fact that she kept on mentioning the fact that she'll come back to visit her friends and family while the reality is that no one in their institute is allowed to make any contact with their families once they get into the institute, they are only allowed to make phone calls and that's it. Even leaving the institute is very hard and those who do manage to do so have only manage to do that after a long period of 8 to 12 whole freaking years.

" We're running out of time Karla, you have to go and pack your clothes now! " Amira said in a hushed tone......

Elsewhere, in an unknown location, a man could be seen making a painting on the stars... The painting looked very beautiful and realistic, he kept on being busy with the painting till he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." He said and the person who was knocking came in, it was a boy who looked like he was 17 or 18 years old. He shakely walked in very slowly as his legs shook with every step.

" Boss , we could not find the girl " He said in a shakey voice and was immediately burnt to ashes.
