Though the area has no lights on, its arrays of windows across the top part of its walls allow the dim luminous from the outside to penetrate through. Nico hurls me to the dusty and rickety stage then points his pistol towards me. His viscous glare doesn’t depart my steady ones.
"Where's my mother?!"
Nico simpers but doesn't answer my question.
“Stop this! Surrender yourself to the authorities!”
He sniggers. His voice resounds all over the theater. “After planning it for years and executing it for months, you think I’ll stop now?!”
“Do you think this is the life your sister wanted for you?”
Nico moves his hand to a different angle then pulls the trigger and bang! The ear-shattering noise causes me to jolt as I lower my chin and squeeze my eyes close.
