It was nighttime when the angels, Iblis and the former king made it to Chaos. Ivy looked around. “It’s a lot more different than I thought. Not like Kadema at all.”
He turned to the angels. “Yes. I definitely need guides.”
“You know...” Jibreel glared at him. “We’re not your servants. Don’t treat us like ones.”
“Oh?” Ivy’s eyes widened as he squeezed Iblis, their eyes watering. “Will you leave two clueless men here by themselves in this cruel world? How heartless can you be?”
Iblis started crying already. Ivy bit his lower lip, pressing a hand against his mouth.
“D-Don’t cry!” Jibreel squeezed Iblis tightly and kissed the top of his head. “I’ll never abandon you, okay? I’ll stay here, always.”
