Aidan and Maisie sat in utter silence, both of them thinking about how Aidan’s departure will destroy the family they were already trying to build.
Maisie didn’t know how to tell her daughter that her father was leaving again. She thought and though of how to present the message but nothing seemed to help in softening the intensity of the sad news.
And slowly her mind trailed off to something more concerning, there were so many things on her mind and all of it happening at once, as she remembered the situation of Sterling group, she let out a loud sigh which caught Aiden’s attention.
