“Don’t call me that! I told you I didn’t want to see you, and I meant it.” I look at Grace. “You just let my enemies in like that, Grace Coleman?” She opens her eyes wide and blinks.
“He took my phone.”
“She gave it to me willingly, Coleman. Don’t lie.” I open my eyes wide, and Grace’s jaw drops.
“He threatened me! Said he’d fire me and give me a bad recommendation on top of it.” I look at Logan.
“You threatened my friend, Logan? What’s wrong with you?” He shakes his head with a relaxed smile.
“I just said she had options. I never threatened her. I just needed her to give me her phone and for you to stop running from me, Grumpy.” I rub my face in frustration and yell in annoyance.
