Chapter 14
“How are you feeling this morning?” Alexis asked when a disheveled Lynn staggered into the kitchen. Lynn’s messy hair was uncombed and her weary eyes made her appear as if she were walking in her sleep. Over the course of the night, Lynn once again woke several times. She’d continuously rushed into the bathroom to either vomit or pee.
“Ugh,” Lynn grumbled. “I feel like I have nothing left in my stomach to throw up anymore.” She slid onto the bar stool, leaning forward to place her head in both hands. “How long did the migraines last when you were pregnant?”
