Katherine was upset with how the physical world is - fast moving cars, noise of people going back and forth, the scorching sun, the wind which she claimed smelled poisonous, and literally everything. She had stumbled into so many people, expecting them to apologize to her instead of her doing so which was nuts. Well, good thing her teleporting compass was working perfectly. She should have located Clinton high school in no time, if she had no trouble navigating the physical world.
