•| SAPPHIRE I had no idea what game Kaiden was playing right now, but if he wanted to test me, then I’d gladly play along. My grip on my sword tightened as I tried to block out the noises around me. His warriors were smart—too smart, and seriously, I don’t blame them, given that Kaiden was as cunning as a fox. It was only normal, but I needed to focus. Needed to find that last warrior with the elixir. Defeating the other three had been a breeze. I can totally do this. I’ve handled much worse situations than this one.
