Chapter Three

Chapter Three Nemesis POV Standing in the shower, I can’t get the ghost out of my head. Honestly… I’ve never actually seen a ghost materialize. I mean, I know that I’m able to sense and summon ghosts, but I only ever feel their presence- not see them. And oddly enough, the man gave off too strong of an energy to be any ghost. Who was he? Other than the hottest man ever. I mean, on one glance at just his boner, his d**k is gigantic. Too bad he’s dead, or I’d hop on that. I would gladly loose my virginity to that f*****g Adonis. I step out of the shower, and throw on some pajamas. A lot of people think that lingerie isn’t comfortable to wear to bed, but I completely disagree. I throw on a thong and babydoll nightgown over it. Even though it is sexy, it’s not me trying to impress anyone. I’m genuinely comfortable. But, before going to bed, I know I need to vent some s**t out so that I don’t succumb to my urges and actually self harm Sitting down at my notebook, I pick up my trusty feather quill that I almost always use for poetry, and get writing. The words flow naturally, and they describe me and my desires on a large level.   I’m fine! She’ll insist Yet there’s blood on her wrists There’s a smile on her lips Yet there’s cuts on her hips Bright are her eyes But the screams lie inside And her posture is high Yet she longs to die So she’ll smile And laugh And deceive all in her life Yet not a soul knows In her room lies a knife As soon as I set the quill down, I bury my head in my hands. There is something seriously wrong with me if I write this way. But I guess writing is better than doing.   Azrael POV “I will cut your d**k off and feed it to you if you abduct that girl tonight!” Echo screams at me, standing in the foyer of my home on mount Olympus. “What the f**k else do you expect me to do?! She’s my mate!” “I don’t give a flying f**k that she’s your mate! What I do care about is that you take things slow and don’t f*****g scare her off!” I run a hand through my hair. “Athena and Hermes already agreed that they’re happy with her being here!” “That doesn’t mean it’s right! Give it time! Watch her from afar. Find out her likes and dislikes. Understand her as a person. Don’t just f*****g jump right in and kidnap her!” I shake my head. I am not dealing with Echo’s bullshit. She’s being to sentimental and not understanding that it isn’t f*****g safe for Nemesis to stay on earth. She’s letting too many emotions get involved and cloud her judgement. I don’t care if it makes Nemesis pissed off at me or refuse to talk to me, this is necessary. Thankfully Lucifer chooses this moment to walk in. “Echo, I was looking for you,” he announces. “Can you please tell Azrael that kidnapping is not the way to go? He’s being f*****g ridiculous and not listening to me!” “Babe, you need to calm the f**k down. Let Azrael do his thing.” Echo turns red from anger, and I immediately back away. Telling a powerful woman to “calm the f**k down” is a death wish. Especially when that woman is the niece of god. Well, turns out I won’t be in a much better position since my mate happens to be the actual f*****g daughter of god. If Echo being angry is scary, then Nemesis’s anger will be terrifying. “Lucifer, I’m going to f*****g kill you” Echo warns, and her energy turns deadly. “Not in my mansion, you’re not!” Lucifer offers me a smile before flipping Echo over his shoulder and walking out. “YOU MOTHERFUCKER!” She exclaims before the front door shuts behind her. I sigh, running a hand through my hair, and head to the garden of Eden. Time to bring my baby home.
