After last night event, it was no surprise that every turn you take there were rumors , hushed whispered of fear. The atmosphere seem to have a certain chill to it that brought about goosebumps and it's definitely not of the good kind. First we thought it was probably a mistake on our part, maybe we calculated the time wrong, or there was a shift in the season which brought about the delay of the full moon so we decided to silently wait a few more days. Days became weeks and weeks gradually developed into a full month. Still yet, not even half a moon was seen in sight. That was when we realized the moon had no plans of appearing in the night sky. The issue of the missing moon was not just the problem of a singular pack, but it affects us all as a race. The moon is our lifesource, our wolves needs to barsk in it to replenish their strength. Without it, our wolves gradually becomes weak and if it goes on for too long, they die. What is a werewolf without it's wolf?... I for one wouldn't like to find out. I'm already having it worse 'cause the said moon happens to be my mate. So I not only feel the weakness of being disconnected from my origin, I also feel the agonizing pain of loosing a mate. I can barely walk on some days and on other days, I feel lost. But for my pack, I have to tell myself to live one more day. With all this said, we can say that this is no small issue. Therefore My cousin, the king, was in the best position to handle such huge matter. But has we all gathered  in the palace, every Alfa representing his pack, looking at one another with baffled expressions, I realize this was beyond all of us, the king inclusive. Our last option was to consult the Oracle and that we did immediately. As the Oracle, a male wolf in his grey days, whose name I do not know or care to know entered our mist, silence enveloped the meeting room. "Greetings your majesty. For  what reasons do you summon me?" He asked meekly. "Logan, you are no alien to the recent happenings, we need you to help find out the reason for the sudden disappearance of the moon and help come up with a lasting solution." His majesty went straight to the point. Everyone in the room looked intensely towards this aged man with so much expectation and hope. I was surprised he didn't faint from all of their staring. "Your majesty" he began yet again in a  voice barely above a  whisper. " The cause of this event you inquire, the gods spoke nothing of, but the solution there in, they did reveal to me in this riddle. "Kill thou the old moon, then shall a new moon been born."
