Celeste couldn't sleep. The whole situation was bizarre. She finally had a nice soft and comfortable bed that felt as if it was made up of clouds. She had a pillow under her head, instead of the cold damp ground. She wasn't covered in dirt or grime anymore, she had scrubbed her skin raw and her hair had been washed twice. Still, she felt like tiny insects were crawling all over her. She had stayed in the hot water for a long time.
