Jake
After I left Samantha's house, I rushed home. I parked my truck, stripped out of my clothes, and let Shadow take over our body. We spent the afternoon watching Sam and Fin in their backyard. Samantha seemed to be working well Fin kept giving away our hiding spot in the forest.
Everytime Fin would come our way, Shadow would dart off to throw the little dog off our tracks. He never left the yard and always went back to Sam's side. He really did look out for her. He was on us as soon as we got close to the yard. Pushing us back into the woods so Samantha wouldn't see us.
Shadow was a huge black wolf that was a whole lot larger than any others in this area, only because they are normal wolves and not werewolves. It took us by surprise that the little dog kept challenging us though. Barking at us in warning to stay away from his human. It was pretty impressive.
Finally after a long day of playing hide and seek with the dog, Samantha went inside and called Fin in with her with that horrible ear piercing whistle of hers. Shadow couldn't stand it either but we knew it was her call everytime which comforted us in a weird way.
After about a half an hour Sam and Fin settled back on the porch but in the front instead of the little table and chair lounge area they had on the back deck. The sun was going down and her hair changed colors from the strawberry blonde to more of a dirty blonde. Both colors looked amazing on her.
Shadow stepped closer to the yard hoping to catch a closer glimpse at our mate without being caught but like every other time Fin took guard. Running straight to us but unlike every other time, Samantha ran after him.
Shadow darted threw the woods, hoping to lose them without getting Sam lost out here. The forest is dense and can be very confusing especially at night.
Fin was fast on our heels, not giving up with Samantha chasing after the both of us. He was determined to keep us away from her.
"Fin!" Samantha calls from the distance. Shadow stops in his tracks and looks around for her and Fin but all we see is Fin closing in fast. He wasn't suppose to catch us.
Shadow took off again but circling around to find Sam. We can always find her but it would be hard for us to get her home without giving us away. A wolf escorting a human home isn't exactly a normal behavior.
We can't go deeper into the woods. I tell Shadow.
I know, I'm trying here but that little thing is after us.
Do not hurt him, Samantha would be devastated.
Shadow laughs at me. Don't you think I know that?
Samantha calls Fin again. Practicly begging him to come back to her.
Then we hear the whistle. We stop in our tracks and slide in the mud that coats the forest floors. Directly in front of us is Sam. She looks lost, confused and defeated.
I can't help but stare at her. I can't help but admire her body and how her breathing is ragged from this series of events but I'm thrown out of my thoughts when it feels like a cannon ball slams into my side throwing me off balance and rolling into the mud.
We see Fin circle around us, snapping his jaws as if he was the biggest and baddest animal out here but he couldn't be wronger.
I can hear Samantha getting closer to us but we keep ourselves focused on the tiny K9. He pounces at us be we dodge it with ease. This game continues as Fin attacks and we deflect ever advance. We can't hurt him nor do we want to.
Samantha is behind us a few feet back now watching. Trying to figure out how to save her friend. The smell of fear radiates off of her and it's unsettling. We don't want her to be afraid of us, we want her to feel safe.
A whistle rings threw our ears again. Shadow whips around to face Sam.
"Oh no. Wrong move." We hear her whisper and we can help but laugh. She's the safest thing out here right now.
The confusion flashes threw her eyes right before I feel a sudden sting from my hind leg. Shadow swings around and snaps his teeth at Fin. The little dog cowards down and starts to back up, retreating. His butt hits a tree and his eyes shift between Sam and Shadow.
"Please! Don't hurt him. Please!" Samantha's voice comes out so small and it stabs my heart in an instant.
Let's get out of here. I tell Shadow. He nods in agreement before turning in the direction of my house and takes off running. Once we're a safe distance, we can't help but turn around for one last glance at our mate.
Fin runs full speed at her and buries himself into her body as they embrace in the mud, not caring about anything else in the world other than the both of them being safe from the beast.
Shadow and I lerked in the dark till we knew they had gotten home safely. The forest could be tricky especially at night but Fin led the way. Once they were back in the yard, I noticed a man running out of the house towards them.
Samantha hugs him tight as Fin leaps around his ankles trying to gain his attention.
I can hear Samantha telling this man about everything that had just occurred. He spoke softly to her and held her to him as they walked into the house. Locking the door as they shut it for the night.
Shadow and I sat out there for most of the night. Samantha let Fin outside for just a few minutes right before she went upstairs. Samantha went around and opened some of the windows to her room as she undressed for bed.
I could smell the vanilla and strawberries coming from her room. Shadow was in pure bliss just absorbing her smell until it turned into something else.
From our spot in the backyard, we could see the man kissing Samantha's neck as she closed the curtains to her room. We could hear him speak to her in a deep voice and soon her arousal filled our senses.
Shadow started to get antsy the more that we sat there. We wanted to be the ones to touch her. We wanted to make her feel sexy and wanted. We wanted to make her moan like that man was. We would make love to her till she forgot about any other man she had ever been with. Cherish her, Worship her.
The worst part was, was that she wasn't even ours yet. She didn't belong to us so we had no right to want these things but we couldn't help it. Everything inside of us ached for her. An ache that she never may feel in return. If only humans could feel the mating bond like we did. If only they felt what it ment to really love someone with everything you held, everything inside of your heart, soul and mind.
Samantha is ment to be made for just me. She's suppose to be my mate. My love. My person. Instead she was with a human man. A man that couldn't possibly love her as much as I can and will. A man who could never be so selfless with her as I can be.
I needed her but this, sitting here well she has s*x with her husband, wasn't helping us any. It felt more like torture than anything. We knew why the moond goddess would do this to us and we just had to accept it.
