Chapter Seven

747 Words
Natalia P.O.V. The next week went by so so slow. Tristan was always in my thought and Chloe was being a pain. She was other sulking and whining or yelling at me to go find him. To be honest I felt the same way. Everyone was noticing the changes with me too. I was moody with everyone. Poor Axel thought he did something wrong because I have never treated him bad, but how could I tell him about Tristan. Axel will probably lock me in the dungeon if he knew. At least today is Friday and I can have some time this weekend to myself. I put my hair up in a messy bun and did basic make-up (eyeliner, mascara, and lip stick). Then I picked out simple black jeans, sneakers, and a low-cut black shirt. I went ahead and added a purple choker that had a butterfly hanging off it to add color. Being ready early for once I went to the kitchen and made pancakes. I was about to call for Axel right when he walked in. He stood there for a few seconds just staring at me before he finally sat down, and I slid him a plate. "Wanna talk about whatever is going on?" I could here the concern in his voice. I replied back with nope and popped the p. "Well whatever it is you will get through it and I am always here for you. It’s you and me remember." I had nothing to say so I just smiled. Axel right it is just us and I can't keep hurting those I love because I'm hurt. Axel and I started to school and I turned up the radio and started singing along. We both sang and laughed the whole way and it was nice. I missed the simple fun moments we had. Pulling up to the school something was wrong. It was super tense. Axel and I looked at each other, but neither of us knew what was going on. "Stay close" I nodded and we got out of the car. Our beta, gamma, Delta, and three of our strongest warriors took a protective circle around us. As they did the wind shifted and we could smell that the Dark Moon pack was near. "Why are they hear?" Axel asked. He was radiating rage. "Dude! I been trying to mind link you about it. Dark Moon enrolled some of their pack here they just started today." "Why would they do that? They have their own school on their territory? Everyone stay on alert we don't know their game." Axel stated. My heart dropped. Is Tristan here? Even if he is, he should know nothing good can come from this. I felt the push of a mind link and opened it. You can stay but you will be guarded at all times. Or you can go home sis, whatever you want for now. Axel told me. All I could say is I'll stay and I closed the link. Sure enough Josh and Nick are assigned to me. At least Nick had the same schedule for me, but Josh is a senior and had no classes with me. I know it was easier if we all went home but I couldn't help it. I just want a to see if he was here. The first part if the day was fairly normal. None of the Dark Moon was in my classes. Nick made sure to sit next to me in every class while Josh would other sit next to me or stand behind me if there wasn’t enough seats. The last class before lunch Josh tapped my shoulder and motioned for us to go. I raised my eyebrow at him but followed him out. "Axel ordered for us to get lunch early and be prepared if they start anything." Well that explains it. We grab our food and sure enough everyone is on alert. It looks like a lot of the pack went back to the house. I know my girlfriends did. All together there was only 15 of us still in school. Axel had me sit in a back-corner table with Josh and Nick. He made the rest of the warriors who stayed split in thirds, taking the table on the left, right, and the rest at the table in front of me with Axel. Maybe I should have gone home. I can tell Axel main goal is to protect me. I just couldn't help but want to see him though. My heart was beating out of my chest.
