About Face I like writing “slipstream,” which is what we used to call a very real story about something that can’t possibly be—or something like that. It’s even more fun when the point is dressed up as a metaphor. Found myself in a mood for some faux-formal narrative. This what-would-you-do is an about-face for me—about face.
