Vapor-Girl Ah, uses a fantasy world as metaphor in an allegory, this one does. We have been helping a 15-year-old girl in Iraq put together her first book, its subject a fictionalized tale focusing acutely on how “girls” are treated in her culture. I wrote “Vapor-Girl” before she was born, yet somehow it seems like it could be about her. We could use more Vapor-girls. We need more Vapor-girls.
