The Beginning of an End - 2

Yellow Hall

Jin’s physical body is cleaning in the Yellow Hall’s yard but his mind was drifting off to another place as his mind kept thinking about how to unlock Queen Agh'stya's power. He is so excited and he couldn't wait to train again tonight, but he knows if he must be careful not to awaken his inner power or he’ll end up dying before he can help Youra.

“Should I tell Miss Youra about this power? Maybe she could help with my training. If I decided to tell her about this power, then I have to tell her also about the prophecy, but I still have some doubt in Queen Aghs'tya, I feel if she was hiding something.” Jin murmured.

Before he made up his mind, he suddenly heard a commotion inside The Yellow Hall. Many students whispered to each other, something that unusually they do during their training hours. He actually curious to know what's going on inside, but he still has many tasks to complete and before the lunch break, he must finish all his tasks here because he promised to help Eral cleaning Blue Hall’s back yard, so he decided to continue his works and ignoring the commotion inside.

It’s almost lunch break now and Jin has finally finished all of his tasks in Yellow Hall, he packed his tools and going directly to Blue Hall’s back yard to meet Eral and Cha.

“I’m too late, Eral and Cha must have waited for me.” Jin said to himself while he walks faster. He knows if he is too late but it was because his tasks in Yellow Hall took more time than he thought.

Jin feels happy because this is the first time some students asking for his help, usually, they ignored him even some of them spite him. It's always become his hope to get some friends with Golden Flame’s student and this morning his hope was raised when Cha and Eral asked for his help. As he arrives at Blue Hall’s backyard, he saw Eral and Cha has waited for him. Eral leaned against the wall, while Cha squatted.

“I’m sorry I’m late, my previous tasks took longer than expected. Where is the place that I need to clean up?” Jin explained his late arrival.

Eral stands up and walks towards Jin, he embraces Jin’s shoulder.

“Never mind, Jin, just chill, come follow me, I’ll show you.” Eral said.

The three of them walking towards the corner of the building, suddenly Gwang, one of Hyul’s g**g, come out from his hiding and smother Jin’s mouth with a cloth which covered with some kind of d**g. The d**g was very strong and make Jin passed out in no time. The three of them stared at Jin’s passed-out body.

“Is he dead?” Cha asked in worry.

“Nope, I just checked his pulse.” Eral answered.

“What do we do now?” Gwang asked Eral.

“Bring here the stolen pestilences of stuff, fast before anyone arrives.” Eral instructed both Cha and Gwang.

Cha and Gwang walk in hurry and they bring to Eral all the stolen kinds of stuff such as necklaces, rings, even gold coins are there.

“Hurry put that stuff inside his clothes.” Eral said while his head looking around watching if anyone will come. Cha and Gwang immediately do what Eral has instructed them.

“Okay, done. Let’s leave this place.” Eral added.

Eral, Cha, and Gwang left Jin’s passed-out body and go back to Blue Hall to report the result to Hyul.

Blue Hall

Hyul was eating in the cafeteria when his g**g arrives but he keeps eating and ignoring their arrival.

“Our plan executed smoothly, Hyul, you don’t have to worry about that kid anymore, soonest he will get expelled, 100% sure.” Eral reported to Hyul.

“Good, very good indeed. That’s why I pick all of you as my best friends.” Hyul praised their successful action.

“Now the stage has set and what we need to do next is to drive someone to suspect that kid.” Eral explained their next moves.

“How exactly we do that?” Hyul asked again.

“Just leave it to me. Do you know if I had stolen something from Food Warehouse? And this morning when everyone was training in Yellow Hall, I put that stuff in their dormitory room, sooner someone will notice if it was the stuff from Food Warehouse.” Eral explained further.

“Splendid, you have a big brain, Eral, not long again I can see that kid suffer more and more.” Hyul praised Eral and clapping his hands.

“Eat anything you want now, I believe all of you are hungry, right? this moment let us celebrate this moment.” Hyul said.

The three of them stand up and walk toward the food keeper, they left Hyul who feels very happy right now as his dream to get rid of Jin will become reality soonest.

Yellow Hall

Everyone in Yellow Hall murmured in commotion this noon as 4 of the students were losing their important things which they left in their dormitory room. Everyone inside the Yellow Hall's room got rowdy and theorized on who the thief was. Yong, the Yellow Hall teacher, asked all the students to gather and silent as he wants them to hear his speech.

“Attention to everyone, please silent all of you.” Yong instructed and everyone in Yellow Hall was silenced in no time.

“Today, for the first time in 20 years, someone has dared to steals something inside our sect. 4 of our students who share the same dormitory room were losing their important kinds of stuff and I suspected if the thief was among us,” Yong explained. “I can come to this conclusion because the fact that the thief was knew everything about Yellow Hall, he or she did his actions when no one in the dormitory room and no any outsiders visit Yellow Hall’s dormitory in the past three days according to the records from gate guards. This is unforgivable and shameless actions to steals from our students, I will ensure myself, whoever the thief is, we will punish him according to the rules. No exception. Right now, a team of investigators has tried to find and analyze any evidence that points to the thief. I am 100% sure if we can catch the thief as soon as possible. So, no need to worry to all of you my beloved students, we will take care of everything and you keep your training as usual. Thank you.” Yong finished his speech.

Kim Yong's speech calming every student down, nobody murmured or rowdy again inside the hall because they believed that the investigators will find the perpetrator and punish him sooner or later.

Twilight has comes with all its tenderness, two investigators seen entering Yong’s room. They reported to Yong if they have found some evidence in the dormitory room that might lead to the perpetrator of the theft. The trace that they found was a few grains of rice dropped inside the room and it is unusual as no students are allowed to cook by themselves. Yong immediately erases the possibility of the thief was one of his students, he started thinking about the other possibilities. With the current evidence that he has, he concluded that the thief is someone who has access to rice storage which is inside the Food Warehouse. To make it more clear, Yong asked the investigators to gather all of the workers in the Food Warehouse before all of them going home this evening, he will go there himself to do the investigation and interrogation.

Inside the Food Warehouse, Jung Kook and the other workers, who don’t know anything about the incident, cleaned up all of his working tools as today’s works have finished. The workers are preparing to leave the sect and wanted to go home when they saw two persons entering the Food Warehouse.

“Good evening, gentlemen. My name is Seok San and this is Dan, we are investigators that being assigned by Mr. Yong to investigate the act of theft that happened in Yellow Hall’s dormitory. We suspect that the thief was someone who has access to rice storage which in this sect only stored in this place. So, we hope your cooperation for a moment until our superior, Mr. Yong, arrives here soonest.” Seok San explained to Jung Kook and all the workers.

Jung Kook and his men were shocked to know if there was a theft inside Golden Flame, it's been a long time since the last thief being caught in this sect, even Jung Kook couldn't remember when the last theft in Golden Flame happened.

“Yes, surely we will cooperate with you Mr. Seok San,” Jung Kook answered, “May I know what was missing and how you conclude that the thief was someone related to our rice storage?”

“The crime scene was inside one of the Yellow Hall’s dormitory room, four of the students which shared the same room all of them losing their treasures, necklace, ring, gold coin, etc. and inside the crime scene we had found a few grains of rice. That’s why we need to investigate this matter in here as we believe if thief might be still lurking inside our sect.” Seok San replied.

“Shouldn’t be the most possible suspect is one of the students? They know when the crime scene will out guard, maybe one of them sneak inside and took all of it.” Jung Kook tried to keep the investigator’s suspicious away from his workers.

“We ruled out the possibility of the thief was one of the students as no students allowed to cook by themselves unless they come here and took some rice from your storage. That’s why we come, to find the evidence.” Seok San answered.

Jung Kook now understands why the investigators suspected them, he doesn’t ask again as he is afraid if he will make the situation worsen. The investigators now instructed all of the workers, including Jung Kook, to gather outside the warehouse, and they will be asked one by one inside to do the interrogation. Jung Kook and his workers couldn’t do anything except obeyed.

“Don’t worry I believe we never did anything wrong, all of you just answer their questions honestly.” Jung Kook tried to calm his men as he saw a few of them seems tense and scared.

They have waited for quite a long but the interrogations have still not started yet, Jung Kook curiously asked about this matter.

“I am sorry, when you will start to ask us the questions? A few of my men’s house is quite far so I afraid if they will get trouble going home in the night if this interrogation takes too long.” Jung Kook asked.

“Just wait, we need to wait for Mr. Yong as he is the one who will lead the interrogations.” Seok San replied.

Jung Kook couldn’t do anything except wait for Yong’s arrival. After waiting for quite a long time, Yong finally arrived. He asked Seok San to prepare a table and two chairs inside the warehouse for interrogations purposes and he started to call everyone inside one by one.

It’s already night when Jin awake after the effect of the d**g wore off. His head still spinning a little bit and he forces himself to stand up but he falls again to the ground. He relented and waited until his head not spinning before he goes back to Food Warehouse. Now he just sits down and puts his back against the wall, he starts to remember if he was attacked by someone and he passed out after his mouth was smothered with some cloth that smelled terrible. He didn’t understand why they attacked him as he just knew them this morning and he feels if he never did any bad thing to them, but he immediately realized if it might be happened because of his bad fate, just another bad fate as usual, what else could it be? He answered his question.

Jin looked up at the sky and he can’t find any stars, he feels it’s going to be heavy rain soonest. As his head not spinning again, he tries to stand up on his feet with all of his wills. He knows if he must immediately go back to Food Warehouse, all of his today’s works were neglected, he sure if Jung Kook will be very angry but he will tell the truth. He believes if Jung Kook will trust him although he doesn’t have any proof in his hand.
