As my mother keeps swimming, I realize I was lost in the past. I swim to catch up with her as she starts to grow legs coming out of the water. It's not like the stories you hear. All we have to do is think about or leggs and they are there like magic. My father greets her in the water, Claire. I hear him say what has it been since I saw you? She starts to laugh well Lucifer I would say 18 years. They both laugh like something is funny. I see no humor in what is going on. It's like they forgot I was here. They stare into each other's eyes like they are lost. I hear my mother's sharp intake of breath as she says. I forgot what that feeling was like when he took her hand to walk her out of the water. I walk behind them and listen to them talking like there is not a care in the world and forgetting I am here. Finally, my mom turns to me and says Poseidon, come here, son. I walk to her as my father just stares at me. I think it was the first time he noticed me because the look of shock was written all over his face at the image of a younger man walking towards him. I almost laugh cause it's like looking in a mirror at myself. I reached my mother, she took my hand and said Poseidon, this is your father. I hear laughter and look at mom to see she has a bright smile written all over her face. “Lucifer, I've written to you lots over the years and sent messages about our son”. My mother laughs and looks up at Lucifer and says i tried for many years not to have to explain our son, but soon Gray started asking questions about Poseidon's father. I keep hearing the words spill from her mouth. My mother starts to smile, and it reaches her eyes. I have never seen a smile like that. I follow with my hands in my pockets of the jeans i am wearing I turn around one last time to see her pop her head up and raise her chin at me, so I follow her lead and turned around and I'm ready to take on this new world.

I follow quietly behind the alpha. It seems like we walk for miles. I have never seen this world beside from the ocean. The leaves and dirt feel so funny dry almost. I can hear them crunch under my feet. We walk for almost two hours till we make it to a large cabin with a lake almost all the way around it. She smiles and shakes her head before I ask what little one.

I feel the slap as I register what is happening. I am awake but not as man and not as merman as a wolf. I hear my father speaking to the witch. I have never seen a solid black wolf Alpha.
