 CHAPTER SIXTEEN He easily scooped me in his arms amidst the cheering and jeering of the crowd. The sight of blood in his face was pretty revolting and thankfully I had not had any dinner yet. Briefly, I met the eyes of the mask, getting drawn instantly at the mixture of emotions in them. Anger mixed with what I could not exactly decipher as regret or disbelief painted in them.   “Tonight, you will be begging darling,” the Saw whispered, his warm breath nibbling the edge of my right ear. It did send sweet shivers down my spine because like I had said before, the saw was quite the attractive man. Most women would be falling at his feet, begging to have a taste but when I looked at the mask again, he seemed withdrawn or something of the sort in a way that tugged at the strings of my hear
