54 The sun was high when I woke the next morning. I’d have slept even longer, but someone was knocking on my door. “Coming!” I yelled. I’m usually a pajama-sleeper, so when I rolled out of bed, hello, naked! was quite a surprise. My groggy brain struggled to make sense of my unclad state. Then I noticed the blood on my sheets.
