Jason, Alan, and Barclay had a nice catch of fish. They cleaned them and put them on ice until they could get the fish to the ranch to be cooked. Barclay called Sunny to see if they would like to have fish for supper. When he looked up at Jason, he had a disappointed look on his face.
“Sunny said Ellen is teething and fretful. She does not feel up to a fish fry tonight,” said Barclay.
“Why don’t you add your fish to ours and stay for supper?” suggested Jason. “I called, Ruby and she will have everything ready for cooking the fish when we get home. We would love to have you join us.”
