In Wyoming, the hospital room was crowded with everyone welcoming Mark Granger into the world. Leaving Alice with her mom, dad and several of her brothers, George went out into the hall to call Alan and Althea to pass the news on to Cory.
“Hello.” said Alan when he answered George’s call. “Congratulations. How are Alice and Mark?”
“How did you know the baby was here?” asked George. “Oh! Cole told Cory.”
Alan laughed. “Yes, Cory came running into the kitchen with the news,” said Alan.
George laughed. “Alice and Mark are great. They will probably go home tomorrow. She has a room full of visitors right now. I thought I would call while they are there, but I am about to send them away so she can rest.”
