“Then I guess we’ll stay here,” Red said getting comfortable.
“I guess so,” Hunter said trying to hide his discomfort.
The two slowly relaxed as they sat staring at Tem. Red knew that if she were a lady, she would at least pretend to be embarrassed by Tem’s nudity. She didn’t, however. And, when Hunter withdrew a blanket from his pack and covered his naked body, she felt a little angry.
“To keep him warm,” Hunter explained.
“Good thinking,” she admitted with a hint of resentment.
Hunter covering his body was almost like a cork popping between the two of them.
“So, how did you find me?” Red asked replaying the situation in her mind.
“How did I find you?”
“Yeah. I mean, you just popped up out of nowhere with an arrow drawn. How did you know I was here?”
Hunter paused and looked away
