"Sorry?" Amanda asked.Rowan had his gaze on her, he didn't get her attention. She was still thinking about Wills's reaction and what could have made him angry.

"The evening had been tensed. You should have some rest." Her focus shifted as Rowan attempted to steer the conversation in a different direction.
"Thank you, I will," Amanda responded. Her gaze met Rowan's "what?" She asked, trying to understand the look on his face.
