Chapter 35. Promise Fulfilled

Chapter 35

Savannah returned home dejectedly.

Now a days handsome boys only love other handsome boys.

Sigh..

What will happen of beautiful naive girls like myself?

Well, it's not like I like any of them but the other girls are madly after them. Their hearts will break. Shatter into pieces if they come to know that the Ice Prince love boys.

And it will be the end of the day if they come to know that Ice Prince and the School's handsome bully are having an affair.

When Savannah ran away from the corridor she checked every class room and even the roof thinking that the both of them beated someone else up.

But Alas and Thank God there wasn't another Aiden.

Alas! that it was confirmed that the both of them were in a secret relationship.

And

Thank God, they didn't beat anyone.

Because looking at their height and built and six pacs if they beat someone up he wouldn't be able to stand on his feet for months.

And probably there wasn't someone who can or would fight with both of them at the same time and even punch them, that to on their faces.

So that leaves only one answer.

They fought with each other.

Savannah woke up late the next day. She was even smiling in her sleep because she didn't have to go to school. She had submitted her application for leave on medical basis.

And now she have a whole week.

A whole week without school.

A whole week to do whatever she wanted.

A truly free whole week.

If it was up to her she would have spent the whole week in her bed. But now she have to hurry and complete her task.

Because she only have 6 months to complete her mission.

And today she will take the very first step.

But before that she have to do something.

She made a list of to-do things.

And the very first one was to fulfill her promise.

She has made a promise to a child and she was going to fulfill it today itself.

Savannah freshed up and went downstairs.

Savannah straight away went to the kitchen and ate bread with jam with a cup of warm milk.

Mr. Hudson has already left for work.

Savannah grabbed her bag which she specifically prepared for her work and slung it on her shoulder.

She wore her wool cap, a black mask and long brown coat with a muffler covering her neck. She packed herself against the cold and also left for 'work' locking the door.

Savannah first went to a big toy shop.

The store has every kind of toys from a small car to a big car, the plastic one not the real one.

Savannah drooled like a straved person looking at the toys. She was a sucker of toys just as she was of food.

She would have bought all the toys. But it would require lots of money and she doesn't want to spend money. So she could only suck it up.

Savannah licked her lips looking at the toys as if they were some delicious food.

The shopkeeper looked at her with an irritated look. She has been roaming in the single shop from past half an hour looking at the toys with lustfull eyes.

Anna was just busy blessing her eyes.

After wasting her and the shopkeepers time Savannah exited the store happily with the latest edition of Play store 5.

Savannah hailed a cab and went to Elvedin. She enjoyed the scenery and the company of music.

After a two hours Anna reached Elvedin and went straight to the restaurant. The child's mother was working.

It was nearly 4 pm, Sam wasn't there at the moment.

"Hello" Anna greeted the women.

"Hello! What do you want to order?" The women smiled and asked politely.

"Umm..I wanted to know about Sam."

"Sam? My son?" The women asked confused.

She haven't seen this girl before and how she was asking about her son.

"How do you know him?" The women asked suspicious.

In this era every other person is suspicious. And the women was also suspicious of the girl which she haven't seen before and was asking about her son. She isn't going to tell her anything.

Anna laughed lightly and just forwarded the packed gift she brought with her.

"It's a promised gift for him. Tell him sorry for the delay. I will be going now."

The women took the gift confused.

"I will be going then. Goodbye then"

Anna said and walked away.

Before the woman was able to say or ask anything Savannah walked or skipped away happily.

She had finally fulfilled her promise.
