Masked Innocence

Savannah laughed at his face for a few minutes before the situation dawned on her. She couldn't control herself.

Her smile froze looking at the frozen Steven. He was looking at her..No..staring at her for the past few minutes without doing anything.

She gulped. This was her second biggest mistake-No third.

Steven felt angry when the she dared to throw water on him but looking at her laughing so loudly he suddenly felt very light and he wanted to laugh as well. But it doesn't mean that he will let her off the hook now. She will of course has to pay for the blunder she did right now. And he was thoroughly going to enjoy the process.

Savannah didn't had a very good feeling finding the smile c*m smirk on his handsome face. His smile looked charming and sinister at the same guy time.

Savannah gave a very sweet docile smile to the boy praying inside that he will let her off the hook.

But she had an inkling that she had pushed herself deeper in the water swamp.

Looking at her now calm self that was giving him an innocent smile like a naive child. He wanted to do something bad.

bad enough that she won't dare to throw water on him next time.

Steven walked calmly toward the benches where there were a few water bottles were placed. He picked up one of them and turned around.

Uhh.Ohh.

Savannah knew what he was going to do with that. she looked at him and gave him a pleading look to spare her. He shook his head looking at her pleading look and continued to come towards her.

Anna knew there was no way out other than to Run and she did exactly that. Anna hurriedly turned around and ran for her life while shouting loudly causing the whole school to hear her.

Fun fact:

Her voice was loud enough that even someone from 1km away could hear her.

Steven even flinched hearing such loud noise and started to run after her.

They ran and ran through the whole ground.

Savannah was dead tired for running with her full speed for nearly an hour and a half now but the stubborn boy behind her still didn't gave up.

She herself wanted to stop but her feet just continued to run although her speed has slowed down a bit. Same was the case with Steven he was also tired.

He didn't knew that the ugly girl could run so fast.

The break was about to start.

Savannah finally with difficulty put a stop to her feet and slouched down on the ground tired. she showed her palm to Steven indicating him to stop and he did stop just because he was tired.

They were going round and round in the ground and there wasn't a single place on the ground that they didn't ran past.

Steven was also very tired and sweat could be seen on his forehead. His shirt have fried from the water but was now wet with sweat.

Ewwww.

Anna wanted to puke at his sweaty self. She wasn't different from him either. she herself was fully drenched with sweat.

Steven came near the slouched down Anna and she looked up at him. prepared to receive her punishment.

And also she needed this water so much at the moment.

Steven opened the water bottle and emptied it on her head.

Anna sighed.

She couldn't escape her fate of being drenched by water.

Steven who was taking deep breath also slouched down beside Anna after exacting his revenge.

It felt good.

Both of them laid down next to each other tired. They wouldn't have done that if they were not so tired from running around.

Savannah suddenly laughed out loud remembering how she ran around like a mad women.

Tired Steven gave her a look and saw her laughing her heart out while looking at the blue sky.

Her laughter was peaceful and comfortable. it brought out a sense of peace and tranquility.

Steven also smiles looking at her.

Savannah looked at him and said.

"you ran like a mad man after me.." she said in between her laugh.

Steven would have taken it as an insult being called a mad man but looking at her laughing so hard a smile came on his face and he laughed out loud.

Laughed out loud genuinely after a long time. he felt light.

Savannah stopped her laughing streak to confirm if the boy was laughing.

And he was.

"you run like a nymph." he said laughing.

Which earned another fit of laughter from Savannah.

She ran with all her might after quite a time. And so did Steven. It gave off the feeling of high school. the feeling that he was still a student.

What both of them failed to notice was the boring gaze of not only Kai but nearly the whole school on them. The students were looking at them from the windows of their classes not giving a damn that they were still in between lecture.

Even the homeroom teacher of Savannah and Steven enjoyed the show from the window.

from the day the new girl stepped in his class. he knew that they will see some great changes.

It was the start perhaps.

Making the cold and ruthless Steven Wilson who didnt gave a **** to anything and who beat everyone and anyone for no reason to run after her while shouting and cursing at each other.

And the last scene was very comforting for him at least. it gave him the feeling that he was teaching students. innocent carefree students who wanted to enjoy life and high school.
