14. Negotiations with Mr.Child.

"AAGGGHHHH"
Anna's shrill voice boomed in the almost empty street.
Anna shouted loudly as she fell down on the road. Even the mafia men were startled by such a horrendous scream.
The boy's mother and some other people came rushing out of the restaurant and some locals also got out of their shops to find out what happened.
The people surrounded them.
The men weren't able to see Savannah.
"My ankle is twisted it hurts so much," Savannah said looking at the inquiring eyes of the people surrounding her and the boy with her eyes shining with unshed tears.
She looked so fragile.
She tried to stand but again fell.
"Aghhh"
Savannah suddenly lunged towards the little boy and put her left hand around his shoulder. The boy's mother supported her to stand from another side.
"Be careful child" an elderly man said to her.
"Yes uncle I will be careful from now on" she genuinely replied.
She winced a little as she took a step towards the restaurant.
"Slowly...walk slowly." The women supported Savannah as she put her entire weight on her.
She has already picked up the mobile from the road.
Savannah smirked.
The people have dispersed. Savannah was sitting in the restaurant being stared at by the 7-year-old boy.
"Give it back" the boy demanded in his very serious voice.
"What?" Anna stared back at him.
The boy narrowed his eyes.
"Mobile which you picked up"
He stated the fact.
Anna closed her eyes and looked at the ceiling.
"That mobile is not 'your' " She stressed the word 'your'.
"I found it so it is mine"
"Finding someone else's thing doesn't make it yours"
"You stole it from me"
"You picked up someone else's phone without permission. Isn't it similar to stealing."
"Picking up something that is thrown away to burn is not stealing."
"Your witty"
"Thank you"
"Give me the mobile or I will tell everyone that you stole it from me."
"Are you threatening me?" Anna asked. Her eyebrows furrowed.
She wouldn't have thought in her dreams that one day she will be threatened by a child.
A Child.
"MOM.."
The boy shouted.
"Mr Child Let's negotiate. Shall we"
The boy just looked at Savannah with his scrutinizing eyes.
Anna wanted to laugh at the boy.
"Little boy, this mobile. Not only me but there are men outside waiting for you to come out and take this mobile."
Anna explained the boy.
But of course he didn't believe her.
Anna put her mobile forward that showed the location of John's mobile.
"Look at this blue dot. I will go to your mother in the kitchen with this mobile(she showed the black mobile to the boy) and this blue dot will move. Showing the exact location of this mobile."
She didn't wait for the boy to say anything and stood up leaving for the kitchen.
Surely the blue dot moved as Anna went to the kitchen.
She was back in a minute.
"I'm taking this mobile but I promise that I'll gift you the latest model of Play Station 5" Anna said looking at the sulking boy.
"Promise?"
The boy asked. As his eyes sparkled.
"Promise" Anna smiled.
Anna stood up to go. But she turned around and again hurriedly sat on the chair.
"Oh.. I need your help with something else as well Mr.Child" Anna said grinning like an evil cat.
