I’m not scared easily, nor often. But I am now.
The last time a warlock and a shifter didn’t get along, they started a war which wiped the entire shifter species from existence, as well as the most powerful warlock kingdom. It was a catastrophe, and it is the reason species usually don’t mingle anymore. Within a pack, it’s very clear who is in charge – the strongest of them all, the Alpha. In between species, this doesn’t count. They all think they are the strongest, and they all have big egos to match each other’s.
Surely, the dumb prick isn’t willing to go to war, risking thousands of lives, because the girl he CHEATED on doesn’t want to speak to him?!
