Athena POV
The last few days have been absolutely crazy. Maxim, Millie and I have been training nonstop, even up until midnight. The only reprieve I get from training with them is training with Maxim and Alpha Menno. Which has been more brutal than ever. I have barely gotten any sleep, much to my dismay.
And yet, I am surprisingly energetic today. Excited even. And so is Ares. Today is the day of reckoning.
We are approaching the arena, and I can tell Maxim and Millie are nervous. There is a lot riding on this. I would have been nervous too, I guess, had I not been burning for revenge.
