It was getting dark and Miley wasn't here yet,I would have just allow the taxi guy to take me somewhere else.

" Have you forgotten so soon even when we were kids,She has always been selfish and bossy,I wasn't going to tell you but when that japanese couple came to adopt they saw you first but I was playing with her and she just suddenly started staring at you and when you went in she rushed to meet them, She took your chance..Miley frowned.

I knew I was getting worse and I was working on how to treat myself but bringing someone else to our house and even a female that's just insane but am glad it's a female.

I woke up extra early because I wanted to arrive at my grandma's place with the first train.

" Uhhh I see the other receptionist isn't working her shift right now,I smiled realizing I haven't met this receptionist before and she must think am my sister.

" Doctor Sandra aren't you going to meet your visitor,She has been waiting...The receptionist said.

" Here's the room number,The receptionist gave me the room number and key and I ran with the urge to see my sister and hopefully give her what she deceive after dropping such letter.

Milton town is still beautiful like it has always been, I learnt that this was where my parents give birth to us but my mom passed away immediately she birth us and my dad couldn't cope without her he got sick and died too but our grandma lived here,She raised us until we were three and she took us to the orphanage home for proper care she wasn't financially stable sobthw government asked her to handle us over to the government. She blames herself for separating us but I don't think she's the one.
" What's going on???? I came done from the car and Miley was leaving in an ambulance van.
" Sir please follow that Van,I said wondering what was happening immediately we got to the hospital I jumped down from the car and I ran to Miley.
" Tessa you are here,Miley sighed.
" Have you been crying???? What happened??? Where are they taking grandma???? I said in one breath.
" Grandma collapse after eating with me and I called the ambulance, Miley said.
" Are you okay ???? I hugged her.

After some time the doctor came out and wanted to see him I went in and it was another addition to my pain, Grandma needed to have a transplant.
" What did he say ???? Miley stood up to meet me.
" That jerk, It's all his fault he lied to those loan sharks that I wanted a transplant and now grandma needs to have a transplant,I burst in tears I was in so much pain and for me to feel a little bit better I just had to vent my anger on someone.
" Where am I going to get money for her transplant????, Grandma please don't leave me I cried.
" Yahhh what about me do you think I will be able to smile again if grandma die don't say stupid things like that and we will find a way to get the money,Miley held me closer.
I kept myself warm and when my palms felt cold I had to put them in my pocket.

Grandma was still unconscious and Miley was asleep so I just went outside to make the call.
" Dr Sandra,She sounded like she has been expecting my call.

" Sure I will text you my location, Immediately I hung up I boarded a taxi and headed for the big city.
Mrs Tae mo was looking at me like she saw an angel,She texted me to come with my stuff..
" Why do you want me to come with my stuff ??? I asked
" Well since Seth's case is still a secret and you have to keep watch over him you have to stay in the mansion with them.

" We will pay you for extra time plus you the same age with the boys except Eddy but you will be fine, Mrs Tae mo smiled nervously.
