I’m so relieved. It didn’t take long at all to find allies for Brandon and Eliza. All it took was a morph potion and sneaking into a sushi restaurant to find Mr. Whiskers. Now he is talking to Eliza behind the building, and she is back to her human self.
“So you’re telling me that all my old neighbors are actually part of a secret army Kayla gathered to help me fight against my grandma?”
“Yes,” Mr. Whiskers smiles at her with his sharp, feline teeth on full display. “Most of us are old Arcadia residents, but there are some of us that are from Pagos. Either way, we are loyal to both you and Brandon. And while most of us are werewolves, some are werecats, like me.”
“That’s awesome,” Jessica says and places a hand on Eliza’s shoulder. “Looks like you have an army now.”
