THE WILD CAT

Chapter 16

Everyone looked at Riley. Armani looked the most. He looked like he wanted to kill her with his eyes.

Riley took a breath. The music started. Loud. It was time for a show. Her hips started to move fast. Everyone watched her body.

She was shaking hard to the music. She bent way down low. Then she stood up fast. Her arms moved sharp. She looked at Armani. He had a blank face. No feeling.

Riley had a plan. She needed the three brothers. She had to break Armani. He looked the strongest brother. She walked slow to the crowd. People watched what she would do next.

She stopped in front of the three brothers. She touched Lucas's chest with her hand. His eyes opened wide. Then, she started to dance on him. It was a hot dance for Lucas. She bent down low in front of him. Then she came up very slow.

She was rubbing on Lucas. He put his hands on her waist. She grabbed his hand. She took him to the stage. She looked at Theo. His face was very red.

Riley knew this: Armani would push her away. Theo was too scared. Lucas was perfect. He liked her. It was the first step of her plan. She put Lucas on a chair. She got on top of him. She moved her waist very fast. She was like a machine. Then she started to twerk fast. The crowd screamed and cheered loud. She won the first part.

Riley stood up from Lucas. She started dancing again. This time, her eyes were only on Theo. She moved her hands slowly over her body. It was a very sexy dance. They stared at each other hard. It was so strong that Theo had to look away first. Riley saw another girl, Serena, looking at her. The girl looked very mad. Riley almost laughed, but she kept a straight face.

The music stopped. Riley stopped dancing. Everyone started clapping very loudly. Riley smiled a big smile.

Armani turned and walked away. Some people followed him out of the room.

"I hope you all liked the show," Riley said. She tried hard to make her smile look real.

Lucas clapped from behind her. He walked up to her. "Wow, that was crazy," he said. Riley smiled at him. "I didn't know you could move like that," Lucas said. He moved very close. He held her waist lightly.

"The hell," a voice said. Riley turned to see Theo. He looked angry. It seemed he spoke his thoughts out loud.

"What is wrong, brother?" Lucas asked him.

"Nothing," Theo said quickly. Then he walked away fast.

Theo was very, very mad. Riley and Lucas were too close. He hated it. But he could not say anything. Lucas already told everyone that Riley was his "personal wild cat."

Theo remembered kissing Riley. Her lips were so soft. The memory played in his mind. He wanted to feel it again.

"God," Theo shook his head hard. He told himself to stop thinking about her.

He kept walking. He saw Armani. Armani was in his room. He was just looking at the plain wall. Theo felt sad. Their father was killed. Since then, Armani had become a cold, hard stone. Sometimes, Armani's coldness was too much.

Theo reached for the door. He wanted to go in. But Armani spoke. "Not now, Theo," Armani said. He did not even look at his brother.

Theo just nodded. He turned and walked away.

Meanwhile, Riley was with her friends, Skylar and Quinn. They were talking about her dance. They said she looked very hot.

"Girl, you were so good up there," Skylar said.

"Girl, the triplets could not stop looking at you," Quinn said.

"Stop saying silly things, Quinn," a voice said. They turned. Serena was staring at them.

"Don't think too much of yourself," Serena said to Riley. "The triplets would never look at you." Serena then walked away.

"What is her problem?" Skylar asked. Then Ava, Lila, and Lola came up. "Serena is right. The triplets don't look at sad, useless things," Lola said. Lila laughed. They left with Ava.

"Don't listen to them, Riley. They are just mad because you dance well," Skylar said. Riley nodded her head.

It was night now. Riley walked around the big house. She wanted to know the paths inside. She was happy that people were not watching her all the time. Since they called her the "wild cat," the staring stopped.

She saw a door open. She went inside. The room looked very sad. It felt depressing.

"Who lives here?" Riley said softly as she looked around. She saw a picture. It was a man and a boy. She picked it up. She looked closely at the photo.

"Looks like you want to die," a voice said. Riley spun around. Armani was there. He had a cigarette in his mouth.

He looked dangerous in the dark room. A flash of lightning showed his face. Riley quickly put the picture back on the table.

"Why are you in my room?" Armani asked. He walked toward her. Riley slowly backed away. She kept stepping backward until she fell onto the bed. Armani smiled a cruel smile. He moved fast. He got on top of Riley. Her eyes went wide.

"You looked pretty hot when you were dancing today," Armani said. He leaned down. He pressed his lips hard onto hers. Riley’s eyes were open wide. She could not believe this was happening right now.
