Rain’s POV No, can’t kill him, I reminded myself, much to my wolf’s dismay. Sure, he was annoying to listen to but he was good with numbers. Numbers were important when you ran a pack. So, no matter how boring accountants were, they were needed. No killing… Which still didn’t make my wolf any happier. He was frustrated that his mate hadn’t realized who we were and that she belonged to us. That she still kept part of herself locked away from us and until she fully opened up to us, we couldn’t claim her. It frustrated him--- And that frustrated me!
