I uselessly tried to stifle an annoyed groan as I watched the alphas next to me nervously shift from foot to foot. Sure, the army in front of us was a frightening sight. There were hundreds of them, maybe more. They moved in tight, coordinated ranks—some in wolf form, some in their human form. Hell, if I wasn’t mistaken, there were even some rogues among their ranks. And all of them were armed to the teeth and hungry for chaos.
