I stood in front of the roaring fire, the crackling flames reflecting off the cold steel of the weapons around me. Every decision I made weighed heavy on my chest. The packs were depending on me, and my own heart... it was divided. “Celeste,” Lucian's voice cut through the crackling sounds of the fire, soft yet strong.
