TYLER’S POV “You’re pathetic…” I grit my teeth as those words keep replaying in my head, staring through narrowed eyes at her hand in his as they walk out of the cafeteria together. The part that pisses me off the most is that I shouldn’t even care. But it feels like she’s walking away from me for good, and every part of my body seems to want to fight against it. I can feel the looks people keep throwing my way; half the school now thinks I’m some lovesick i***t who is too distracted by her to play football.
