I sat at my desk, going over a few contracts when a frantic sounding Sarah popped into our mind link.
“It’s Max!" She screamed at me before it went silent. I stood to my feet and bolted out the door, I figured since it was Sarah contacting me I needed to head to the kitchen.
I linked Leonidas but there was no response, he had a block up. I then linked Dean again in an effort to figure out what was going on.
“Dean, I’m coming to the kitchen, meet me there with Amara something is happening.”
By time I reached the bottom of the stairs Dean was waiting for me, he was anxious.
“What happened?!” I asked him in between breaths. “I don’t know, I got a link that Max went crazy...started attacking people.” Was his reply.
