Nevaeh POV
The celebration was nearing the end, and while I was dead tired, I was having the time of my life.
“I don’t want this night to ever end! We haven’t had a party this grand since before you were taken!” Lorelei giggled out as we clapped along to the music. Many of the members, old and new, were dancing around in a circle with others cheering them on.
I looked around to find my parents, but I spotted Aldessa and a man having a heated conversation off near the trees. Aldessa was nearly in tears as the man yelled at her.
