Chapter 67

"I know you will do no such thing.."Cara said pouting her lips.

  Cara felt a tinging feeling of pain on her chest as dark aura radiated round the wounds causing dried leaves to crumble against each other and just then they felt whirlwind past by them

"We need to get out of here, the woods isn't a save place to discuss something secretive and remember stop staring cause I'm not easy going as you think"Cara said as her fangs and claws crept out and Elias moved back a little

"Uh!, This isn't time for that.. you know... Can you just put those claws away cause they look intimidating"Elias replied and Cara dashed out of the woods.. while Elias smiled and grinned stupidly as he bolted into a Sprint

  Just as they left a faceless figure wearing a hoodie came out from behind a tree as he made to speak

"Hmm.. this people might be up to no good but whatever it is.. I'm bound to get to the root of it....

Lucifer walked towards an abandoned cave that seems so ancient.. he smirked evilly as he touched the cave stone and lightening struck as a dark smoke rushed out and projected towards the sky

  At first nothing happened but after few minutes or so, a hand sprouted out of the ground as a Black cloaked man appeared fully radiating an evil aura and a sickle magically appeared on his hand and he bowed slightly at Lucifer as he made to speak

"It feels so good to be reincarnated"the grim reaper said

"What do you want my lord?"the grim reaper asked

"I need you down to earth.. cause as more havoc on Earth and bring more souls for me"Lucifer elucidated

"Ok my lord!!.."

the grim reaper replied as he raised his sickle and a great amount of lightening struck as he disappeared into thin air and Lucifer walked into an awaiting portal leading to hell

The night was slient as everyone seems to be in their houses probably sleeping after the stressful day

The grim reaper came out of an abandoned building which seems to be in great ruins as he held tightly to his sickle.... He morphed into a teen boy as he manovoured deeper into the city and he smiled when he saw a little girl and her mother walking alone on the quiet street of California

  The woman turned quickly as she heard an eerie sound behind her.. she grabbed her daughter hand forcefully as she made to speak

"We need to get out of here fast.. this place isn't save at night"the woman said as she pulled her daughter

"Momma!! What's that?"the little girl said as she pointed towards a dark figure standing few meters away from.. the woman raised her head slowly as her eyes collided with the evil gaze of grim reaper

"Holy f**k!!"the woman muttered as a she dragged her daughter and moved backwards then sprinted into a run

The grim reaper plunged towards them as he raised his sickle and decapitated the woman's head while her daughter cried out.. he dashed at her and jerked her up as he made to draw a pattern on her head when a voice came from nowhere

  "Stop!!!"the voice ordered and the grim reaper turned and saw a boy of probably eight years coming towards him

"Wow!!.. this is gonna be a really nice treat"the grim reaper said as he spunned his sickle

"It has been a long time the grandson of vixen had a good fight"the boy said as he controlled the little rocks around while the grim stood watching in awe

"Leave boy! The girl is mine"the grim reaper stated angrily but the boy only smirked at him as they stood glaring at each other waiting for who to attack first

"The time is getting nearer, I think we need to hasten up things... Let's get down to earth and finish Aza for good"Hera (the god of marriage and birth) suggested. While the other Olympian gods turned to look at her

"If it's as easy as it seems, we won't have needed to combine and put all our powers in that stone"Poseidon said

"What do we do then.. do we just sit and wait till someone evil steals the stone of light... Which bring the Olympus Empire into a complete jeopardy!"Hera said half screaming.

Zeus who haven't said anything for a while suddenly spoke

"The needful thing to be done is to just watch and see what unfolds... Cronus won't be happy if we interfere in this fight.. it against the rules of the Olympian gods and besides I'm sure no one here would like to incure his wrath... We all know what Hades did before he was casted down to the underworld" Zeus said causing sparkles of lightening in the sky and just then Cronus suddenly walked in with his queen as he made to speak

"Kratos! Do you still have the stone of light?" Cronus asked

"Yeah It's still intact"Kratos replied 

"Good!.. now all we need do is to watch the pure water turn blue signifying that Elias has gotten it.. but if it turns red, hmm.. that will spell doom"Cronus said

"Meanwhile is they any other issue at hand apart from this one?"Zeus asked

"I don't think there is any.. except for a woman was has been coming to pray on the Ortiz peak"Hera stated

"What does she says she wants?"Artemis asked

"She said she needs a child"...

"That's up to you.. Hera"Zeus said

The grim reaper conjured a lightening and directed it at the boy who scattered the lightening with the rocks he created.. a blue flaming sword appeared at the boy's hand and he used it to block the attack of the grim reaper.. the boy charged at him and initiated a back flip as he slashed the arm of the grim reaper causing dark smoke to evolve round it.... A volcano shot of the ground and I projected towards the grim reaper but he clashed how sword with it causing an heavy collision that both threw them away

  The boy head glowed as a symbol appeared on it and the grim reaper moved back in fear

   "The last four benders...."the grim reaper muttered as he bolted into portal and the little girl stared frightfully at the boy who was know as Scott

"s**t!! I thought I said I wasn't going to get my self involved with this paranormal stuff.. but first let's get this girl some where save"the boy said as he carried the little girl in a bridal style and bolted into a Sprint

"Elias it's time I prepare you for the quest of getting the stone of light which is in three days"rose said and Elias grumbled angrily

 rose and Elias tugged along the path that lead to a round lake

 "What are we doing here? and why must I get prepared to get just a common stone?"Elias mumbled

"You know you ask a lot of questions... Do you think you can just go to the island of Kora and get the stone of light without following some certain procedures.. it's alright if you don't wanna prepare yourself but I'm sure you can't stay under water for 30 minutes not to talk of staying in for a day"rose explained

"What do you mean by a day?"Elias asked

"Don't you know that a day on Earth is just few minutes underwater, or whyis it that the mermaids and mermans don't age faster than us.. it because they live in water and their time count slowly"rose replied

"So what I need you to do is to get under this water and hold your breath for five hours"rose said smiling as she pointed towards the big lake

"Eewww!.. this is death itself.. why did the gods even chose me in the first place"Elias exclaimed as he slowly dragged his fight towards the lake

"So I'm I gonna get an oxygen?"Elias asked

"No you endure it yourself"rose replied.... Elias sighed and at once dived towards the lake but as he made to enter.. the wave threw him away

"I don't think I can do this"Elias said feeling feverish and rose grabbed and stared deep into his eyes

"Elias.. the whole world is in your hands.. don't misuse this opportunity"rose said in one breath and at once Elias stood on a Rock nearby and jumped into the water which caused an heavy force to occurr

"Elias remember just focus and think of nothing else!!!"rose yelled after him

Elias sat in meditation like position as he began to think about Cara and that gave him a boost as he smiled sheepishly and began to concentrate as the time ticked outside

4:51.. 4:52.. 4:53.. 4:54.. 4:55 4:56 4:57 4:58 4:59.. 5:00

The time clocked as rose waited for Elias but when there wasn't any response.. rose made to jump into the water and just then Elias shot himself out of the water with a grin plastered on his face

"I'm glad you made it.. tomorrow I'm gonna be teaching you how to open portals..."

rose and Elias stood on a field as rose lips etched and she made to speak

"To open a portal, you must have a picture of were you are gonna go.. you can't open a portal to places you don't know likewise going to places you don't know.. feel you are in a solitary confinement only then would be able to open one"rose said as she stretched forth her hands and just then a portal opened and she walked right into but Elias only looked away.. Elias felt a tap at his back and he turned as his gaze collided with rose's

"Now your turn..."

Elias only smiled as he rolled his sleeve and shot his hand forward as a portal open and he walked right into it

Few minutes later, Elias wasn't seen and rose began to panick

"Where could he be?".. but he doesn't even know anywhere apart from the house, hospital and the woods.. or let me check the house first"rose said as she stepped into an awaiting portal

rose stepped out of the portal into the sitting room ... She made to call Elias but took a quick pause when she saw him munching on packet of popcorn as he held a fruit juice and he smiled widely at her

"One hell of a character!..."

"Today.. I'm gonna teach you how to use your physical strength because you aren't gonna get an power to defeat the eel.."rose said

"Who's the eel and why must I have to defeat him?"Elias asked

"The protector of the stone of light... Fool!"

" So as I was saying.. you are gonna carry all this log of woods here towards that tree and bring them back towards me.. 250 times"rose added

"What the hell!!"Elias yelled as he plunged towards the logs

Fast Forward

Elias was seen doing some push-ups, not after rose made him to carry all the logs after reducing the stoppage time for him.. 

"Stop!!"rose ordered and Elias fell on the ground as he was totally exhausted

"Now you're ready to roll"rose said to Elias but he didn't mind as he dragged his feet towards a rock and he made to sit on it but the rock shattered and he fell on his butt (rose's doing)

Elias stood with vexation as he tried to open a portal but it wasn't working

"Don't worry boy!.. let's go get some rest"rose said as she patted the back of the angry Elias

After Lucas died.. every where was Deserted as the demons moved about freely

 A portal opened and Aza stepped out as all the demons rushed to welcome him but he waved them off and headed to his lair

Aza walked in and he fell on his throne as anger surged through his veins and just then the door creaked open as the most trusted warrior walked in

"Kadiuus!.. I want to be only now"Aza said

"You aren't alright lord.. I knew that the moment you stepped in and besides where's Lucas?"kadiuus asked

"I don't wanna talk about it... This isn't a time for sobber reflection but a time to act and strike.. I need to set up somethings, take care of my demons for me while I'm gone.. the kingdom is in your hands now"Aza said as he slowly faded and kadiuus looked around for sometime before stepping out

Aza's doppelganger could be seen purchasing an item from a nearby shop as he turned towards the path that lead to his house... When he was far from people's sight, Aza blocked his path... Seeing they looked alike the Doppelganger made to run but Aza with held him

"I mean no harm.. just a deal with you"Aza said as he stared into the doppelganger's eyes and it glowed and he followed Aza like a possessed demon

The time has come for you to find the stone of light and you must be careful doing that.. like I said, not only us wants the stone.. others want it too and they can go at any length to get it.. remember what I taught you about calming your rage.. when fighting the protector of the stone of light.. don't let your dark side out okay.. now go and save the world!!.."
