{CHAPTER 5} DEFILED...

I woke up strapped to a chair...,I tried to break free but the rope was too tight...

"Finally, looks like the queen is awake " one of the men I didn't notice was there spoke and I shivered slightly.

"Who are you? what do you want??" I demanded timidly, one of the men moved closer to me and grabbed my neck while I flinched, the other came with a cup in his hands forcefully chugging it down my throat.

"What's my offense?? I don't even know you guys! Is that poison?" I screamed but the other guy covered my mouth

"You'll know soon enough" he simply said.

Sure enough few minutes later I started feeling uncomfortable then I realized what they had made me drink! Aphrodisiac! They untied me and gagged my mouth then led me to a room..., were they planning to r**e me?? But I was slowly loosing control.

They brought me into the room and locked me up and snap i lost control... If I didn't get a man in few minutes I might definitely go crazy.....

HOLDEN'S POV

I suddenly felt uncomfortable..., I had showed up to this date just because grandma wanted me to, she had set me up on a date with Clara Michelson, only spoilt brat of the Michelson family.

She's been blabbering nonstop since I got here saying something about engagement, I laughed inwardly..., was she actually thinking I'd get married to her?.

Few minutes after taking the drink she ordered for me, I noticed something unusual..., I rarely got drunk how come I feel so uncomfortable? She must have drugged me.. I thought.

She studied me carefully before helping me up to a room, I settled on the couch then she started taking off her clothes! It could only mean one thing! She had drug me.

!Aphrodisiac! really? I never thought she would resort to cheap tactics just to get me to marry her..., but I can't touch her.. I need to get out of this place real quick, she went into the restroom and I quickly staggered to the door, forcing it open and stumbling out, I tried to call my assistant but it's not connecting...

As I was moving down the hall I heard continous dragging off doors.., A man was trying to drag a lady into the room, it was obvious she didn't want to... even though I was feeling so uncomfortable I still stopped to help.

I landed few fists on the guy, he turned around and attacked me but when he saw who I was, he quickly let go of the girl and scurried off.., I tried to help her up but she held me and started touching me mumbling some incoherent words, turns out she had been drugged too... I helped her to the room and was about to leave when she grabbed me.

I couldn't stay any longer! I am loosing control! I caught a glimpse of her face and I wouldn't lie she's so pretty!.., she pulled me in for a kiss and snap! I lost it and took her on the spot.., leave regrets for the morning, As long as it wasn't Clara...

MELISSA'S POV

I woke up feeling sore all over, I noticed a man behind me... then last night's memories came crashing on me heavily.

He r***d me! that statement kept ringing in my head over and over, I knew I had to leave.... I packed my belongings and ran as fast as i could .. I just needed to get home!.

My phone rang as soon as I got out of the hotel, it was Anna " Hi" I said tiredly

"I've been trying to reach you since last night!! what's up?" Her voice came excitedly

"Sorry I was a bit indisposed, how are you?" I said trying to skip the topic

"So I submitted your resume in the Grays company and you're supposed to go in for interview today, quickly get ready and go there right now"

"Okay I will" I said, she hanged up immediately to give me space to prepare..., then I thought about it , getting a job isn't that bad afterall...

HOLDEN'S POV

She left before I woke up! Who could she be? I wondered...

Other girls would have woken me up and asked me for money..... But she left without a word..

I picked my phone and called my assistant... "Good morning boss"

"Shepard, good morning.., is there anything I have to attend to this morning?"

"Yes boss, I've been trying to reach you, you have to come in right now"

I sighed and made to leave the hotel...

MELISSA'S POV

I walked in and found Aunt Cath and Isabella in the living room... Trouble!

"Good morning mom" I said timidly

"Care to explain where you're coming from?" She responded harshly

"I ...I " I couldn't bring myself to tell her what had happened

"You what?? so we went to a banquet and you left with a man?? Wow I never knew you were this vicious!"

" No mom i didn't!" I tried to explain

"Oh really? So the people that saw you leaving with a man were lying right? " I stayed quiet because I know there's nothing I could say to justify my actions..., she dismissed me after a while and I went to my room to get ready for the interview, Anna would be so pissed if I didn't go , I checked my phone and found 13 missed calls from dad but I tossed it in my bag and thought to call him later...

I got to the company 15 minutes late and went straight in ... I walked up to the receptionist and told her why am here, she looked at me scornfully directing me to where am supposed to wait, I turned and made to leave when a caught a glimpse of someone coming in... And it was the same guy from the hotel! The guy who had r***d me! I quickly looked away and hastened my steps...

The interview went well and they promised to get back to us....

I got out of the company and called dad... He picked on the first ring, " Good of you to finally think of calling!" He said sternly

"Dad am really sorry I've been really occupied so it's either I miss your calls or you miss mine" I explained

"Oh yeah? Occupied with throwing tantrums and hanging out with several men? Seriously?" I was dumbfounded..,where did he get that??

"Dad where's this coming from??" I muttered on the verge of tears,

"I heard you've been acting weird to your mom and last night at the banquet too, you were seen leaving with some guys.. Seriously Mel? where did you get that from? I am so disappointed in you!" I listened to my dad judge me coldly without even listening to what I had to say

"So you don't believe me dad?"

"But your mom wouldn't lie on you right?

Then I understood.... Aunt Cath is the problem! But why is she doing all this? where exactly have I gone wrong??....
