A strange figure standing at the front door scared the hell out of me. I stopped and held the hem of my blouse. Who could this be? Another of Taylor’s girlfriends who believed he was going to end up with her?
How many more of them were out there? How many more are going to show up here to harass me? I sighed and walked until I was at the door. I cleared my throat, and she turned to me. Judging by her face, she looked younger, probably in high school.
