THIRTY-THREE The hotel guests had been herded into the amusement arcade building. The fun fair continued to operate for the holiday makers and the sounds of the Wild Mouse, big dipper, screams and the clanking as it climbed the next hill, resounded. The hub-bub of people, the smell of donuts, candy floss, fried onions and belly ache burgers, shouts and screams of artificially created fear, all of this hit Jack’s senses and contributed to his nausea.
