Mrs. Hounds had walked out to get some air after seeing the shape of a patient that had entered the building. As she was opening the front door to go back inside, the explosion happened in the back half of the clinic. The dynamite had been thrown into the window where the poor girl was being treated. The young woman had been attacked and was covered in blood.
Apparently, she was yet be identified and she had stab wounds all over her body. There was one doctor in the room with her at the time of the explosion. The receptionist was out to lunch.
