Wayne and Sasha tied the knot in a huge, lavish wedding. By the time the reception wrapped up, Wayne was completely sloshed, stumbling home only because his assistant and childhood best friend practically dragged him through the door. He collapsed bonelessly onto the sofa, his brain foggy as he listened to footsteps and chatter drifting back and forth around him. A blurry figure drifted into his line of sight, a woman in a skimpy slip dress, gliding slowly toward him. Something tugged at Wayne's chest. He reached out for her, and a name slipped unconsciously from his lips in a drunken mumble. "Anne?" The figure froze dead in her tracks.
