Samantha's POV
This time I saw a group of natural healers, medicinal herbs, but one herb caught my attention: the soil beneath it glowed, and the leaf of this herb had intricate patterns like I had never seen before. I tried to reach for it, but instead, I woke up, and this time, I was in my room.
I looked beside me to see Alaric holding my hands. His tears had wet my hands, and when he noticed that I was awake, he raised his head to see me, his eyes still swollen.
