I grew paranoid after what Lily had done, not just for myself, but for my son, Adrian. I was starting to think the Ravenfur pack was becoming a dangerous place for us. The deep fury I saw in Lily wasn't something I took lightly.
I was dressed up to head to the lab in the morning, despite yesterday's attack. I was aware that Lily was locked up and was to face trial later, but I didn't trust that she did what she did without backup.
