Bady’s POV :

I was stunned this gate is so big that I can’t even imagine that someone, no, that I never heard about it ! People must have talked about it, no ?!

“ Bady, I want to tell you something before we go in” Jace said with worried eyes.

“ I already know. I won’t act like a child and I won’t ask every cosplayers for photos, advices for costumes…”

“ No, that’s not what I wanted to tell you” jace said cutting me off

“ So, what is it?” I asked

“ please, just shut up and I will tell you !” He said sternly.

Jeez, I was so astonished that I closed my trap immediately not wanting to anger him for real.

“ Ok, so firstly, when we will arrive at the gate entrance don’t look them in the eyes, they will get angry because as they usually said ‘mere human beings don’t have the right to look at the room of their souls’.” He said as I listened cautiously.

“Secondly, DO NOT GO AWAY FROM ME, it’s very important that you stay with me, I don’t want anything happened to you” he said this with pleading eyes.

“Thirdly, you must not approach to the other girls that don’t have red bracelets, they can be really tricky with the ones that they want to be away from their pray” he added

“And lastly but not least, please, pretty please don’t approach the scene, I know that you like to be the nearer as you can but please, don’t” he said looking at me directly in the eyes.

Wow that’s a lots of restrictions, and I don’t feel like following any of them. I’m not a child and it’s not my first time going at events like this. He is the novice one so why should I listen to him, hmp!

“Okay!” That’s what I responded

“Bady, don’t do as you wish. I know you like that kind of events and that’s why I wanted to show it to you. Nevertheless, if you break one of those rules, especially the last one and the second, we will be in big trouble.” He explained to me

“Jace, I’ll be like a puppet in a kindergarten, calm and quiet” I said trying to hide my real thoughts.

“Just stay with me, I don’t want to loose you again. Mom was against it but I bring you here anyway” he focused on the road again but was still waiting for my answer.

“Fine, I will stay with you the whole time. happy?”

“Yes, thank you” he kissed my forehead quickly before driving again.

I was defeated. I didn’t want him to get worry like last time, two years ago. Long story short, we were at a camping, I don’t remember the location, I was left alone in the camp because I was a little bit ill and mum had go to search for medications. I was sleeping when I heard my father and my mother screaming my name, I was so dizzy I couldn’t even move properly. I felt like I was swept away by someone or something. I tried to have a better view but I was so tired. I think a few minutes passed when I saw my brother running after me and approaching like a lightning, I felt that the things that was running away with me had decided to release me then I felt the embrace of my brother and all my family. That’s all I can remember. There is something that I never told my family about. That day, when I was with the things/ person, I never felt afraid, on the contrary! I was at peace and in fact, when my family checked on me I was perfectly fine, my fever had disappeared and I was even sleeping soundly on the ground.

I was taken out of my thoughts when we arrived at the entrance. I did exactly as Jace told me, to not make any mistakes I just shut my eyes, that’s was simpler. We entered without any difficulty.

“Ok Bady follow me.” Jace said with a smile on his face.

I followed him and watched everywhere I could. It was amazing. It didn’t even resemble a Comic-Con or anything else. It was like entering an other country, like pacing the entrance of a boss dungeon’s level. Aaah beautiful!

We approach a big valley and I could see the scene from were we stood. I wanted so badly to go there but I promised to not go. I continued to watch the show when I remarked Jace talking with an elegant and beautiful woman.

“Bady, please come nearer.” Jace asked

“Ok” I responded

“I want to introduce you to someone. This is Simone Fronte form the blue moon pack.”
