Homecoming Week
Nicole looked down the elaborately decorated hallway and it looked endless to her. Her heart beat thumped in her ears almost echoing. She looked over at Josh who was reaching for her hand in slow motion it seemed. She couldn't hear him but his lips were moving. Victor moved past her frozen body and she felt his soft fur touch her hand and it seemed to center her. She took Josh's hand and they followed Vicotor down the hallway. Harold and Sabrina were staying behind and making sure nobody surprised them. Victor picked up a very familiar scent as he walked.
