"You are nailing it from the very beginning and with both studies and sports . I don't know from where u find time and how you do you it. You are my inspiration just know it.", Nikki said after we received our weekly test result. I got B+ which i am proud of and Nikki also got the same grade as mine.
"You also did good babe, let's celebrate today, what do you think?" I asked her." What about your practice, don't you have it?"
"Nah, today is our day off , come on lets go, its been a while and we have a lot to catch on .Lets call Ari on our way home" i said. Nikki and Ari have became very good friends too. It is more fun to spend time woth these two, both entertaining as f**k. We can't stop laughing when we all are together. Its been a week since i have talked to Hero during practice. We do see each other on practice but i keep it to a nod and smile nothing more. I don't want him to any ideas that i am interested in him and want anything more with him. Beacuse i really have no interest in him. Liar liar pants on fire my heart screamed. Shh my mind replied to it. Wow now my mind and heart are battling between them. I silenced them both cuz now is really not a time for a war, we have a celebration on the line remember?
As i have a day to myself finally , i plan to enjoy it. On our way we called Ari to let her know about our plans amd she was on board. Back at home , we started getting ready. Nikki wore cute red off shoulder dress that fitted her like a glove. Sometimes i am really jealous of her, cuz she is so freaking gorgeous. Her hair was down and was in waves , with red lipstick and red pumps, she completed her looks. She looked like a goddamn goddess standing in our room.
I wore my own short black lace dress which had fluffy sleeves and paired it with high heel boots, a charming bracelet and necklace and with that a bright pink lips. I finally got dressed up , i don't dress to impress usually daily cuz i like being comfy but girls have their moment. I do love to dress up every now and then. As i was pulling my hair in my ponytail, Nikki stopped me-"For once lemme do you hair Aoru, you have such beautiful silky smooth straight hair for which many girls will die, so why bound it and hide their beauty", she was literally looking me with puppy eyes that i didn't had the heart to refuse her. I nodded my answer yes. She made my hair while i simply sat their looking, while she did all the work. She part my hair and clipped the side of my hair with a sparkling pin. I only saw her doing that cuz i got lost with what she was doing, i must admit she is fast like really fast . After five minutes when she left my side and stood behind me. I finally got to see myself in the mirror, i totally liked the end result. The girl staring back at me was someone else cuz i have never looked so good. When i turned around she was looking me expectantly, "You really did a very good job bae. I love it. Thank you for doing it. The effort you put here is commendable". She hugged me with glee and i returned the emotion. It feels good getting all dolled up.
Then we did our eyeliners amd eye shadows .I went after smoky eyes. Together we left our room. There were some noises coming from our living room, i thought it would be Ari but it sounded like there were three people in our living room, like Ari was replying to someone. When we neared the living room there was a familiar voice which still give me chills.And i prayed that it wasn't who i was thinking, but when i entered the room i was shocked to see the person who i least expected to be there and guess what my suspicion was right.I don't know why does it always happen to me.When i want to stay away from him , we somehow always get close .
